The gate must remain locked at all times.

• All tenants will be provided with their own gate keys for access.

Units are for residential use only. Home-based businesses or online selling are strictly prohibited.

• This ensures privacy and security by preventing outsiders from constantly entering and exiting the compound.

To maintain peace and quiet within the compound, karaoke/videoke is prohibited.

• Please be mindful that many tenants work night shifts and sleep during the day.

Pets are strictly not allowed. * Keeping a pet without the owner’s consent or hiding a pet is considered a Breach of Contract and is grounds for immediate contract termination.

Visitors are permitted; however, overnight stays are not allowed.

• All outsiders must leave the compound by 10:00 PM.

Parking is strictly for tenants only.

• One (1) vehicle is allocated per unit. Any additional vehicles will be subject to an extra monthly rental fee.

For security and privacy, delivery personnel (Shopee, Lazada, Food Delivery, etc.) are not allowed inside the compound.

• Tenants must meet the delivery rider at the main gate to pick up their items.

Trash containers or bags must not be placed in front of the unit.

• Please wait for the garbage truck to arrive before bringing your trash out.

Ensure all trash bags/sacks are securely tied.

• Tenants are required to pay ₱10.00 directly to the truck driver upon disposal.

Hanging laundry in front of the unit is prohibited.

• Maintain the cleanliness of your unit’s frontage at all times. The policy is: "Your frontage, your responsibility."

A Group Chat will be used for all official announcements.
